ABSTRACT: THE ROLE OF LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND SELF EFFICACY ON COLLEGE STUDENT SUBJECTIVE WELL BEING College student subjective well-being is a new concept developed by Renshaw about assessing the quality of life individuals in college. can be influenced environmental factors (learning environment), demographic factors, and personality (self-efficacy). This research aims to find out role learning environments self-efficacy on college well-being. The subjects this study were 400 undergraduate students who studied Bandar Lampung (151 male 249 female students), with convenience sampling technique. data collection uses Student Subjective Well-being Questionnaire (CSSWQ), Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM), General Self-efficacy Scale (GSE). collected analysis multiple regression techniques. results showed that there between environment well-being, shows play an important improving students.
